It was a stunningly beautiful and nice hotel in a rural area, not far from main theme parks parque del cafe and Panaca, and the Parque del Café. The staff was nice and great, solved all problems we had. We had a cozy room with large bathroom, that's big plus.

Amazing pool, beautiful gardens and accommodating staff made for a great stay. Breakfast was authentic and delicious, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is close to main theme parks and had animals walking around freely, which was a hit with my kids.

The rooms are comfortable and equipped with excellent WiFi. The breakfast is delicious, with authentic regional flavors and fresh ingredients. The hotel has a playground, kiddie pool and accommodating staff.

Only one recommendation regarding the coffee's flavor sweetened with panela; it could be less sweet to cater to those who prefer it less sugary.

Lastly, I liked that the room was clean and cozy. I especially enjoyed the modern bathroom with ample space.

Sadly, the pool and jacuzzi were too frigid to enjoy, and the limited restaurant menu left a lot to be desired. pets were allowed everywhere, including inside the restaurant, which was unpleasant for dinner time.
